I Need to replace the brake disks on an Audi A6 Cabriolet 1998. Any cost effective options that don't impact on saftety/performance?

This is a really cool car that the Germans have come up with and features the revolutionary scratch resistant bodywork never before seen....Body Glove are the designers. From mobile phones covers to car covers...fantastic.
