SmartSAGroup announces the launch of PartSmartSA.com, an online e.quoting and directory system designed exclusively for buyers and sellers of new, used and aftermarket motor spares.
In an increasingly competitive spares marketplace the PartSmartSA.com system dramatically changes the way motorparts are bought and sold in South Africa, making the process more efficient and less costly. The system is simple to use and utilises the latest mapping and database technologies designed to put the right suppliers in contact with the buyer.
For as little as R99 per month Suppliers can register to sell their parts on the PartSmartSA.com system. Registered suppliers benefit from a comprehensive quote management system that enables the tracking of new, active and won quotes and makes use of easy to use 'quote cards' that makes the quoting process quick and easy. The PartSmartSA.com system is free to use if you're a buyer. Once logged on the buyer simply completes a 'PartCard' and sends off a part request. The PartSmartSA.com system will do the rest by electronically contacting all approved suppliers that meet the buyer criteria and facilitating the exchange of quotes between the parties. The system is optimised to allow the buyer to see how many sellers meet his criteria before completing any personal information. Furthermore, in the unlikely situation where there are no suppliers available for a specified part request then the PartSmartSA.com support team will try and source the part independently for the buyer taking in local as well as international supplier sources.
PartSmartSA.com is not a supplier of parts. PartSmartSA.com simply facilitate the online process and ensure buyer and seller satisfaction. Co-founder of PartSmartSA.com Owen Rodgers stated:
